The Creation

After a lengthy phone conversation with my dear friend, Lindsay, we decided that a wonderful way to stay in touch in our long distance friendship was to start blogging.  I have personally been wanting to start a blog for a while, and this gave me the impetus to begin.

Just Keep Tasting is based on the fact that a good deal of my time is consumed with cooking or thinking about cooking.  Cooking for me is generally using whatever we have on hand and definitely NOT using measured recipes.  We just keeping tasting....well... to taste.  A little of this a little of that.  I think that life should be led in the same way - try a little of this... a little of that... see how it turns out!

So here is to starting a blog (clink glasses).  Let's see how it turns out!
